IPC 2016 Poster Session

ASME continues the Technical Paper Poster Session at IPC 2016

ASME is pleased to announce that it will continue the Technical Paper Poster Session for selected papers at the 2016 International Pipeline Conference (IPC). The Poster Session has been a popular venue over the past two IPC conferences and the IPC 2016 session will continue to provide conference attendees direct access to the authors of over 30 technical papers that will be published as part of the conference proceedings. The Poster Session offers an alternate method of communicating technical data and information.

The Poster Session provides an alternative to the more structured technical sessions and provides an opportunity for meeting the authors of selected technical papers and engaging in discussion regarding their chosen topics. The poster session covers a wide range of topics and includes technical papers from many of the technical sessions. A highlight of the poster session this year is a focus on student technical papers and technical papers from members of the Young Pipeline Professionals, emphasizing the importance of developing the next generation pipeline professionals. Don’t miss the opportunity to support the poster session and the authors that have worked to prepare a quality session.

The Conference Organizers are eager to be able offer the authors and co-authors of the Technical Paper Poster Session the opportunity to present results and findings of their studies and answer questions through one on one discussion. The topic areas for the selected papers are aligned with the eight (8) Technical Tracks of the conference.

Please look for updated information for the Poster Sessions in the Technical Program.
